Tips to Getting a Six Pack - Nutrition Tips

If there's something that anyone trying to get their six pack knows, it's that when you weed out the extra information, getting the coveted six pack is really about three things:

How you work out.

What you eat.

How you eat.

If you're really serious about getting that six pack, take your veggies seriously. That's right, veggies. Believe it or not, there are specific (yet surprisingly common) vegetables that not only help your body burn fat but also increase your vitality and quality of health. Why these vegetables aren't more popular than they already are is due to our society thinking of "healthy veggies" as House or Caesar salads! Lettuce is not going to help you achieve the results you want!

Why are these specific vegetables so important?

Today, more than ever, we are continuing to be exposed to an ever-increasing amount of a chemical called Xenoestrogens. The increase of xenoestrogen intake has a hormonal (to be specific estrogenic) effect inside of our bodies which research has shown to lead to an increase of belly fat on both men and women. You've guessed it, this is definitely one of several possible reasons why some people can't seem to get that six pack no matter how much they work out!. Sadly, in today's society, it's almost impossible for the majority of our population to avoid the intake of xenoestrogens.

But that's OKAY.

This is where expanding your knowledge comes into play.

The Super Veggies

If you look out on the market today, there are many little things that already help to fight against the effects of xenoestrogens such as teas, spices, and etc. Of course, what you're looking for are those in the more powerful class. This "super" class is known as cruciferous vegetables. These include:

Broccoli

Kale

Collard greens

Brussel sprouts

Cauliflower

Cabbage

And much more.

Go ahead! Look them up!

These cruciferous vegetables contain compounds that can help to combat the effects of xenoestrogens in your body, help you burn abdominal fat, and give you a big increase in vitality. To vouch for these veggies, I'll use my example. I personally have lost about 40 pounds just by eating healthily ALONE. The majority of my diet revolved around these specific vegetables and other foods that naturally fight fat and increase metabolism.

As I've also realized though, simply eating healthy is not enough to give you the six pack you are looking for. If you don't have your six pack, it's probably due one of two other reasons:

How you workout.

How you eat.

Knowledge is the key to creating an effective action plan. If you want to add more juice to your arsenal of fitness knowledge, definitely check out my website on tips to getting a six pack to get more information.
