You should consider a few things before starting your training, the first is a warm up session, you can jump, or jog a few minutes (4 to 8), or any other activity you like (and work) to warm up.

Try 15 to 20 repetitions each exercise, and do up to 3 times the same exercise, that would make 45-60 repetitions each, depends on your resistance. It would be fast, and only take a few minutes a day.

2: torso rotation: the objective of this exercise if raise your leg as if you are going to make a large step, then with your leg up, rotate your torso, to touch your left elbow with your wright knee, and then the other leg.

3: Leg lifting in 4 stages: is lying on your back and lift your legs to 90 degrees, this exercise is done together with proper breathing, one leg first, then the other, inhale, then exhale while lifting one leg, then go back to inhale and raise the other leg when exhale, equally inhale and exhale and go down one, then the other and repeat.
