Easy Exercises For Six Pack Abs

With the correct feeding, and good habits, is the exercise we can do to help us have a flat stomach. Here are a few of them:

Leg lifting in 4 stages: is lying on your back and lift your legs to 90 degrees, this exercise is done together with proper breathing, one leg first, then the other, inhale, then exhale while lifting one leg, then go back to inhale and raise the other leg when exhale, equally inhale and exhale and go down one, then the other and repeat.

Flexion from foot to foot: This exercise also we lie on your back with knees bent, and we're playing in turn the right foot with your right hand, then left foot with your left hand and continue repetitions

Alternate elevations of knee to the chest: with hands on the head and elbows elevated, try playing the left elbow with your right knee and then your right elbow to left knee

Hand push: we slept in the same position with knees bent, just that we now turn our arms between our legs, so with each lift our arms pass between our legs up

A good recommendation for practicing of these exercises is the perseverance, and patience, we must remember that we wont get the abdomen in a few days, it must be constant and gradually increase the pace as we move forward with our routines, remember that we want to stimulate growth, not force it, so you will start to see results more quickly

You should consider to increase your routines and exercises as you go, so will gain more strength and improve the condition of your abdominal muscles. You can start with 10 to 15 repetitions in 2 or 3 sets depending of your condition, then increase repetitions up to 20 and add some difficulty to your routines, and remember shorter and intensive routines are better than long repetitive routines.

The idea of all this is to increase the number of repetitions, to a top of 30-40 per set and gradually increase difficulty to by adding some new exercises or modifying the old ones.

Remember to do your routines with regularity or they'll be useless.
