A facilitator is well prepared for the task they are giving. A facilitator establishes existing knowledge, build on it. We help and guide.

Children learn how to cooperate and share. Other advantage of children being in group is they can share ideas and have fun. They also learn to work with other.

2. (1) As teacher we must respect and accept a child's artistic and physical abilities. By doing so, they learn opinion, ideas, and feeling different from their own peers.(2) When one child make a not so positive remark to another child, the teacher's response should be of casual yet positive acceptance. Children should always be accepted at their individual level. Teachers are always given many opportunities to model an accepting attitude for children.
