1. Drink 1 to 2 liters of water per day to naturally moisturized your skin even you are not thirsty.

2. Minimize eating or drinking food or juices with high sugar. can cause you to skin allergy if excessive.

3.Don't eat hot or with chilli food specially potato chips it can cause a you lot of pimples due to skin penetration..

4. Wash your Pillow case and blanket 2 times a week to avoid microorganism multiply ang also bacteria.

5. Use iodize salt bath even two times a week to rejuvenate your skin and eliminate dead skin cells this is a natural skin cleanser. and make your skin clear.

6. You can use sugar or milk as a facial cleanser use every time you wash your face.

7. Take Ascorbic acid every day for vitamin c and maintain your skin color.

8. Take a bath with warm shower to open your skin pore and release all the dirt from your skin.

9. Or you can steam your face using hot water from bowl and cover your face allow the water vapor to open your pores.

10. Wash your face with mild facial wash cream.

11. Sleep minimum 7 hours per day.

12. Exercise everyday. 20 t0 45 mins
