Human Trafficking and abuse are a gross mismanagement of respect, civility and equal opportunity with the right of individuals to live as God intended not as criminals dictate. It requires greater uniformity and collaboration of society and law enforcement with the protection of lawmakers to ensure the eradication of this disease.
The world is shaken to the bones in horror with the hidden facts of the clerical abuse scandal, but declines to declare war on all other forms of abuse. Perhaps if abuse could be identified as a country with amazing oil or natural gas reserves then governments the world over would strike an offensive under the pretense of finding weapons of mass destruction.
Hmm, perhaps one shall have to be created out of thin air so children, teenagers and young adults can live in peace enjoying their lives without worries of kidnapping or worse.
This corruption is so extensive in many quarters that it shall take literally the hand of God to expose these criminals to prompt action. It makes one cry every time a story comes into the light about a young child found dead at the hands of criminal gangs in the rising flood of human trafficking. Teenagers on vacation threatened or some of them kidnapped never again to be seen and meanwhile people say, oh it will never happen to us' but it happens every day of the week as 35,000 are stolen daily.
While the industry is growing in leaps and bounds there is not a single child or vulnerable person free from the ravages of these gangs. People are dispensable thus; governments turn the other cheek especially in impoverished countries. The wealthier countries should know better but for some reason wear blindfolds, which makes one question are they accomplices in this trade.
An approach to end this disease would be to reinforce the creed that all people are equal without bias or regard for gender, age, ethnicity or whatever reason bias exists. By declaring equality on a worldwide scale, values we possess towards each other shall harmonize how we perceive women and children especially. This drought of equality is filling the bank accounts of criminals because it is adding to the demand of all things that degrade.
Irrespective of location of gangs, which is everywhere, children and teenagers need extra guidance and encouragement reinforcing their self-esteem so they are not impressionable and fall prey to enticing approaches. Self-esteem strengthened to degrees of precise confidence direct people towards positive environments and prevent them falling where they have no need to fall.
Let us work together with enhanced spiritual connections and we shall triumph over the rigors of criminal attraction reducing its effects on all societies. If the demand is reduced, then the crimes shall also be reduced, and the longer it is placed on any to do list the less are our chances of success. You can do your bit by not allowing pornography in your presence and media outlets could desist with the party adds suggesting illicit womanly favours.
Thank God for all the entities working tirelessly to combat this ailment in society. CNN have joined the fight by setting up an initiative CNN Freedom. MSNBC have been involved with this fight for ages as has RTE, BBC and others but CNN seem to driving a new force of awareness, which is extremely welcome. God bless!
