Blushing Not for Everyone
Blushing Not for Everyone

Starting out in High school, every time I was called on or the spot light was put on me something weird happened. My blood pressure went up, I could hear my heart beating through my chest. Every body seemed to stare at me and this became very uncomfortable. This all was a chain of events that lead to one thing I dreaded the most. BLUSHING! I would start turning red and the more time I was the center of attention the more color I gained. This seemed impossible to stop, a million questions run through your head. Why is he looking at me like that? Why did he just turn and look at me? Is my face noticeably red? How long is this going to go on for? This was a very bad condition and one that would have me hating classes that had anything to do with public speaking or class discussions.

Throughout High school I tried different ways to stop this blushing. I tried to do it all by myself and I could never get it to stop. I realized that maybe this is who I was. Maybe I should accept the fact that I'm the kid who turns red. Sometimes I couldn't sleep the nights before a presentation or some sort of a speech. This problem really brought me down physically and mentally.

Time came to change and I turned online for help. Throughout countless of scams and websites I spend all my hard earned money on junk that didn't work. Pills, therapies and even contemplated surgery. This wasn't a very pleasant time for me. I worked hard to get some money and then spend it on something that was garbage. All this brought me to an even lower point. I couldn't stand the dreadful feeling anymore.

Thats is when I finally found Jim Baker's fantastic approach to not only control this Blushing, but stop it from happening. He thought me things to do when I feel like I'm about to blush and after a few days I didn't even have to think about them, the blushing just never came. I'm not saying this will work for you 100%, but like I said before I've dug through all the garbage online and finally found something that worked. The best way to find the right cure for you isn't to go out and do what I did, but to listen to people that have been through it and take the information and do research. Instead of buying everything think about the symptoms you have and if they are similar maybe the product is for you.

I'm going to throw the link to this site in the resource box for the people that are interested.

To beat something that has been bothering you for year, through the years that were suppose to be your happiest, is the best feeling I've ever felt. Now I want to share the feeling with other because I feel like I owe at least that much. Research, Read and Listen and you will find your cure.
