The easy way to Lose stomach fat But Still gain muscle

If you're planning to lose gut fat but still add muscle, you are basically telling me that you wish to get cut up.

I don't blame you, being cut is the in thing now a days. It used to be, everybody wanted to get big. Today, the majority want six pack abs, outlined arms, and to just look vascular and toned.

in order to look toned but still have muscle, you have to ensure your blubber levels are low or else those cuts aren't going to be observable. Also, having too much fat and increasing muscle may some times make you look more swollen as the gained muscle may start to push the fat out more.

What I would do if i wanted to Gain Muscle but still Lose Belly Fat

A few years gone I was really in this very predicament. I saw that my stomach was protruding a bit and I wanted to shed it.

All the so called experts at the gymnasium I spoke with claimed it was nearly impossible to do. They swore up and down that you need fat on your body to increase muscle. Sitting down one night I said to myself how on earth are the 2 connected?

The only concept I could come up with is that when the body is in a fat consuming mode, more energy is needed and less would be available to create muscle. If that was the case, then I'd just supplement that energy by eating perfectly healthy ( which always boosts my energy levels ) and accelerating my protein consumption to allow for faster muscle repair.

My exercise routine to Lose stomach fat and increase muscle!

From my experience, lifting weights with the intention to build muscle and doing heavy cardio exercises in the same day is counter productive. If an individual does heavy lifting and exhausts all his energy supply that comes from carbs and sugars, the body then tends to turn to fat for energy. After it's used up all of the fat energy, it starts to break down muscle.

You see why I do not agree with doing heavy cardio and lifting in a single workout? The probability of my body breaking down my muscle and using it for energy are very high when I am doing the combo.

Instead, I broke up my coaching days in an appropriate way. Two days out of the week i did heavy cardiovascular. I'd do things like get on the elliptical machine for 20 mins ( I like that machine because it's so low impact ), then I'd do my jump rope routine which really works on explosive muscle movements by jogging in place and other tricks.

Another three days each week I'd concentrate on weight loss. One day I'd work on my chest, back, and ab muscles. The other days, I'd do shoulders, bicep and tri-cep muscles. The 3rd day, I'd spend a complete day doing legs. I really like to spend a whole workout session doing legs because your legs are such large muscles. Working these large muscles triggers the body to release more testosterone. One of the key reasons men have less body fat than girls naturally is really because we have higher levels of testosterone.

ultimately, on my sixth day I'd do assorted types of plyometric exercises. The great thing about these exercises is that they require fast spurts of energy.

think of it like an auto. If you slam on the gas, you will burn more gas right? But if you stay on cruise control, you can preserve more.

I think of it as the same for plyometrics, the fast spurts of energy burn more fat.
