You will never get to see those abs that you do so many crunches for until you remove the fat that covers them up. To get the best results in the least amount of time, you need to make sure that you are eating right as well as performing the workout routines properly.

Any of these workout routines can easily done right from your own home and be completed in less than 30 minutes. They are some of the most intense workouts and require no equipment.
