It seems like in most areas of life, the more effort or coaching you put into something, you'll either get better results or more results. In most areas of life this is true but not in this one actual field.

If you would like to become smarter or get good grades you study harder, if you want to be a better basketball player you work on your game. It is smart right?

You would think logically that if you put more time in the gym lifting weights, and working out, you will get enormous muscles right?

It really looks to be illogical but the resounding answer to this question is a huge fat no! Unfortunately most of the bodybuilding world seems to not understand this principle.

Our human body is designed perfectly. All the trillions of cells inside the body are designed to adapt to external kick precisely as it should to maintain a great level of health and homeostasis.

The rest and recovery time is when you are actually building muscles. This doesn't happen in the gymnasium. Make efforts to get your sleep as well . I see many people in the gym doing too many sets or too many reps than what is good for them. Doing these things will obstruct you from building muscle fast. Doing high magnitude lifting takes more of a serious toll on your body than you believe. And it basically prohibits you from achieving your goals.

1) do not train more than three days per week.

2) Keep your gymnasium lifting under 60 minutes each.

3) Perform 5-7 sets for the bigger muscle groupings such as the chest, back, & quads & 2-4 sets for the smaller muscles such like the shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, and abs.

a last note : make sure you take your sets to your definite concentric muscly failure and add more weight and reps each week. If you're doing things right you will be gaining muscle faster and seeing results. That last thing you wish to do at this point is to add more exercise programs every week.

Doing this can only impede your workout gains.
