Before starting my article I will like to say a few words about health.

Depression is known to be a bane of the human kind. And the causative agents for depression are manifold. It may be resulted from relationships, broken marriages, and failure in schools, colleges and work place. Most of the people do not realize that they are undergoing depression until it is too late for them to recover. This article provides an insight to how to cope up with depression.
The initial condition to a successful way of coping up with depression is to learn about it. People tend to act differently when they are depressed and when they are in normal condition. This change can be noted by loved ones. Do not try to see depression as an ailment; it can be helped by necessary attention. People undergoing depression stages should be loved properly. Being sorrowful, skewed and a feeling of hopelessness and misery attack such persons. Hence love and understanding are the two pre requisites for helping a depressed person.
Persons suffering from depression are known to have certain triggers which trigger the state of depression within them. Now care must be taken never to push the person to such an edge and they will surely manifest this trigger which wills in turn make matters worse. There is an appropriate timing for everything, whether to press on to a situation or when to leave them alone. This is to be properly understood and it might take sometime. But there are limitations to the help rendered out to the depressed. We are humans and all of us have certain limitations about which we should remain. Many other aspects of their social life are also to be considered. But considering all the aspects will make us falter in hours of need. There is a limitation to which we should be spending our energy and resources.
