Popular Hairstyles for Your Bridesmaids and Some Variations

Before starting my article I will like to say a few words about health.

"Every human being is the author of his own health or disease."

"He, who has health, has hope. And he, who has hope, has everything."

"It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver."

One of the most stressful decisions can be what hairstyle choices to give to your bridesmaids. It's probably one of the toughest because they will never really tell you what they think in front of you, but boy will they behind closed doors.

It's a really important decision though because not only will your bridesmaids have different shaped faces and heads, but their hair will be different lengths and thicknesses. This can make it difficult to find a hairstyle that will look good on everybody.

When looking at the hairstyles, it's important to divide them up into three categories:

Up-dos

Long styles

Short styles

The up-do is the most popular hairstyle choice because it's easy to make it look similar on each bridesmaid and it's really easy maintenance. One of the most popular bridesmaid up-do is the French Twist.

The French Twist works best with medium to long hair and is pretty easy to set up. Simply gather all the hair in the back, twist it inward and secure firmly with hairpins. It will work with short hair... it's just that is might be a little difficult to do.

Here are some popular variations of the French Twist that you can use:

You can leave the bang pulled out. Here is a good tip to keep them in place. Use a little bit of eye brow gel at the base of the bangs... works like a charm.

You could also use some pinned curls to give it a more glamourous look. I actually have seen many brides with this elegant French Twist hairstyle.

For your bridesmaids that have shorter hair, you can do the same technique with the bangs to give it the same appearance as the other bridesmaids... or you can always help your bridesmaids with short hair and get them some extensions.

Finally another really popular hairstyle for bridesmaids besides the French Twist is the flowing curls. This is a very elegant and beautiful look. It obviously works best with longer hair that is over the shoulders.

You have to curl the hair by hand with steamed rollers and then don't use a real comb on them, you have to use your hand to gently comb them down. After they fall, use some smoothing cream to regain complete control and spray your hair spray to hold in place.
