The spectrum of power and control is wide and varies from absolute dominance to absolute dominance. No exception to this. In third world model and in the second one as well as in the first one being USA and Europe, western, you have one man deciding for the rest of millions their policies. Political policies. Economic ones and social ones are directly in the hands of the presidents and leaders.
These one-person-rulers rely, in order to execute their will and promulgate their personal wishes, on administrations. These administrations, or machines of power, implement the will of the ruler. Otherwise, if you happen to be a functionary in these huge and ruthless machines and raise your voice in protest then you are immediately illuminated, though having the right to demonstrate publicly but peacefully.
A government is the tool of execution of the will of the ruler, be it a president, king or a leader.
Where are the people? What are the people doing? Why should the people be silent and submissive? Only God knows!
There are two types of rule namely the rule by force and the rule by delegation of force. They are both one and the same. One is directly applied and the other waits a little for its turn.
Governments are impartial, ruthless and impersonal machines. They do not have any mercy for you even more, they do no apperceive your presence. You merely a number on a register, a mere shit that is. They couldn't care less if you exist or not. They get their wages not from directly but from the ruler, the chief of the house. Whether the chief comes from the Zulu tribe or from an eastern state in Europe or even a royal blood dynasty they are all the same, simple cockroaches live on the people's crumbles. After all you are the one who pays for governments to be erected and not vice-versa, unless you are a homo.
Governments count you as a presence as unreal person, without flesh or blood, without honor and dignity and without any humanity. Constitutions give the leaders the right to send you to your massacre and have to die for your country, as it were. Your country is your government and not your people. For the people of your country have delegated their power to the leader. They have forsaken their right to the leader and hence you have to shut up and accept what the leader executes through his or her government.
Whether a male or a female assassin, or ruthless governor, you are bound by their rule. The government sees t it that you are sent to your doom and sees to it that you lead your life according to its dictates. Whether a male rat like Obama, or the Bushes before, or a Sarkozy, or a Berlusconi, a Putin or a Jintao as males or whether a Margaret Thatcher, a Merkel, a Banazere Butho, or an Andira Ghandi, you are sure to execute their will and bow down to them.
