Referendums are direct democracy: they terminate presidents, kings and leaders! part I

It is the primordial role of the government to apply the will of the people and not vice-versa. People are not there to execute the will of the government,

However, Everywhere and in every society save in the Swiss Model, governments decide the destiny of their won peoples.

Whether in a capitalist model or in a socialist one man rules over man. There are no exceptions to this. What we observe and at level of every state, small or a super power, poor or rich, the same rule applies. Governments dictate their rules and the people have to implement the rule of governments. Whether you are in the United States of America, or in China the same syndrome applies. Millions or billions of humans are the executioners of the will of the ruling class.

Whether live in Europe or in Asia, or in Latin America, even more in the dark Continent Africa you are bound by the rule of its government. If you divide the world under first world class and second world and third worlds then in every class of world you have the same phenomenon.

In the so-called democracies like European countries or North American countries the governments or administrations dominate the people with their rule and apply their laws and regulations.

Constitutions are there to grant governments their absolute rule and legitimize their power and in the application of the will of those who monopolize power.

Ruler's will, whether presidents. Kings, sultans, emirs, secretaries of parties or other type of chiefs, tribal or urban, people have to comply by what the rulers decide.

Elections and universal suffrage are the means where the spider welcomes the flies, flies are what you are and your human race.

In all countries of the world, except in Switzerland, the syndrome of the dictatorship of the one-man-rule is applied, by force or by universal suffrage, all being the same. People have not one say on the matter. The White House, or the Elysee or 10 Downing Street or Beijing where Jintao resides are the places where the ruler dictates his rule and imposes his will upon the people.
