Internet marketing is pretty simple in definition. It means a way of promoting products from companies that offer compensation for your efforts. It is pretty much the oldest trade in the book. Articles as a way of marketing on the internet is quite interesting. You can write an article on any subject and in this case it will be specifically on the subject of your product. You can write instructional articles and leave your link ( this would refer to an affiliate link. This is a link that you get once you sign up with a company as an affiliate) at the end of the article. You publish your article with article submission sites or directories. Because the directories have page ranking already you get to ride that wave, if you know what I mean. It's ingenious really and helps a totally new person get their article on the first page of Google.
Pay per click marketing is where you place ads with a company like Google and they will place them depending on the amount you would be willing to invest per click. The more you're willing to pay per click the better your chances your article will have more exposure.
