How in the world is losing 25 pounds in a month possible? Isn't it going to take a miracle or something REALLY dangerous and restrictive to make it happen? Won't I end up with yo-yo weight loss? In this article, I'm going to share with you 7 tips I put into my goals to lose weight and improve my overall health, and you'll find out by the end of this article that:

C. And no, you will not end up regaining weight since everything I'm about to mention is 100% natural.
Okay, now before I talk about what the top 5 tips are, I just wanted to quickly mention that there are a few things that I didn't put in the list that are absolutely important, and I didn't put them on the list because they are no-brainer tips. What I'm referring to is making sure that you get 100% proper nutrition, drink plenty of water all day long, and get plenty of sleep every night.
Speaking of sleep, I do have a confession to make. I may be "slightly" contradicting myself right now given that I'm typing this article at 2:15 a.m.! LOL
Alright, now here are my top 5 tips (besides the normal important tips above):
1.) Have A Clear Goal - To increase your motivation levels, it's important that you have a clear goal in mind. Do you want to lose 20 pounds by next month? Do you want to fit into that dress? Want to be slim by summer, etc.?
2.) Have A CLEAR Reason - Again, to increase your motivation, another thing I recommend for you to do is to have a clear reason why you want to lose weight. Is it because you're tired of feeling overweight? You want to live longer, etc.?
3.) Eat More Raw Foods - Fruits, veggies, nuts, and other natural raw foods improves your digestive system, increases your metabolism, cleanses your body, improves your overall health, and then some!
4.) Exercise With CONTINUALLY Burning Fat In Mind - Continuous fat loss is brought about by increasing your resting metabolic rate. The best types of exercises to increase not just your metabolism, but also your resting metabolism, is interval cardio (a cardio routine divided between low and high intensity intervals), and compound weight training (doing weight training exercises on your larger muscle groups in compound movements... such as squats, dead-lifts, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.).
5.) Avoid Causing Hunger Pangs - Skipping breakfast, eating too many bad carbs (sugar), not drinking enough water, and not eating more frequently are some of the ways you can end up causing hunger pangs to develop throughout the day. Do the exact opposite to ensure great results.
