The troika drives up four goals
By the end of 2009, the net sales of Nokia Siemens decrease. The four goals were set. High increasing speed, 0-2% operating margin, low the cost and foucus on the superior business field. He said proudly that they realize the four goals.

Its achievement even surpasses population mean of the whole market.
Another 100 billion euros market
The compound annual growth rate of maintenance service is 4.4% from 2011 to 2015. But the growth rate of Nokia Simens is two times of the average growing rate. "We have shortened the distance to the leading enterprise. Ericsson was the number one manufacturer. But Ericsson doesn't make the growth while we get the increasing. So we take the first place now." Armando explained.
The Nokia Simens devices have cover 2 billion people around the world. In 2010 Shanghai Expo, its service is confirmed as the most reliable company of the telecommunication service. But it will face challenge from the competitors. Armando seems to see further. The maintenance service will be a new land. "At present, the market almost reaches 11 billion euros. If the operators open the market, there will be 100 billion euros market. I don't think the opportunity is not to gain the 1.1 billion from the competitor, but get the 100 billion from the operators."
