Hard Water Spots in Riverside and Corona CA
The Water in Riverside and Corona is fairly hard. Therefore if regular tap water is sprayed on your shower doors or windows it will leave ugly hard water marks on the glass. Common Mistakes:
Using acid based products like CLR. Any acid based products will damage the glass/windows. Many window cleaners use a Hydrofluoric acid based product. However this is very damaging to the glass. What we use toremove hard water spots, is a fine rubbing compound. This is much more safe, and effective, removing most of the stage 2 corrosion as well. This process is similar to glass scratch removal process but is not as harsh. It does involve much more labor work, but the results speak for themselves. Window cleaners use the acid based cleaners because there is minimal labor involved, They only need to apply the solution let it sit a few minutes and then wash it off. But the damage is done it these few minutes.
