Why The Team Building Project is Destined to Fail

If you have been around network marketing for long or even if you just started, you have probably heard of The Team Building Project. If for whatever reason you have not, then here a short explanation of the concept.

The Team Building Project has been around for about a year now and it is built on pre-building a team of people that will enter multiple network marketing companies as a group at the same time, thus creating multiple streams of income and automatic income generation especially for those at the top. The fast start bonuses alone could make those that have sponsored a lot of people some quick money.

The way the structure is built is that anyone that you sponsor will be on your level one and anyone they sponsor will be on your level two, and so on. To become a member someone just signs up for free and they get a back office that provides a small amount of information and a sponsor link to get started sponsoring other people.

In theory it sounds like it makes sense and what does one really have to lose when it is free. Unless you got in at the very beginning there is a lot you have to lose. Let's take a closer look:

Anyone that has been in network marketing has seen many companies come and go. The reason for each of their demise varies but a company is sure to fail if the structure does not support the newest guy coming in at all times. In other words an MLM structure falls from the bottom because if the bottom guy is not able to succeed, that will affect the next bottom guy above him and so on all the way to the top leaving only a few standing, and in most case only one.

Now it is true that The Team Building Project does is not in itself a MLM or network marketing company. It is a just a group of people that will join MLM companies based on a voting structure of its members. The most votes go to the people that have sponsored more people into the project.

To prove why this structure can not succeed for any long term viability, lets look at what happens to the person that just joins once there are some companies involved and what that person will have to do.

According to the Team Building Project's structure, the new enrollee has to make a decision to join the companies that are involved or to not join the companies in a very short period of time, or will compress out and lose that position in that company. This is because everyone has to have a sponsor in a MLM company to ensure it will work.

So let's say there are just 4 companies at the time someone new comes along. A new enrollee will have to pay application fees which range anywhere from $20-$50 depending on the company. So at 4 companies that is a minimum of $80 just to get a position. They would also most likely have to pay for a distributor kit which range anywhere from $199- $500 within the industry.

Now in order for the new enrollee to make any money he will have to recruit some people to do the same thing. At minimum the new enrollee to be successful with this concept will probably have to outlay about $1000 when he first enrolls. Although The Team Building Project is free, the company enrollments are not.

Therefore, the new enrollee has three choices in this example:

1) Pay the $1000 (which will probably be tough in this economy)

2) Compress out of the current companies, or at least some of them, never getting his position back again, causing a lack of incentive to recruit

3) Quit once the reality sets in there is no way to succeed in this model

As people quit, the bottom will drop out as described further up in this article. It is also described more in a video done by a member of the Best Monitium Team channel located on You Tube.

Another thing to review would be how many of those free members that have been waiting in a structure destined to fail will actually activate their position in the companies in the beginning. They too, will have to pay to get going. Statics show about 5% of people will activate, so that person that recruited 25 people into the Team Building Project will only have one person activate which isn't even enough to complete the left and right in the binary. The other 95% will again compress out.

So now that it has proven to fail and probably not be able to lift off at all, shouldn't you be looking for a more secure model? There is only one company out there that is destined to succeed with the multiple company concept. Which destiny will you choose?
