In John's Gospel Jesus says I and the Father are one.' The Jews then took up stones to stone Him, and Jesus then asks them for which good work they wanted to kill him. They replied for a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy....because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God.' 10:30 to 33
The first commandment in the Torah reveals the nature of God in terms of oneness. In Exodus 20: 1-5
we are told:
I am the Lord your God, who rescued you from slavery in Egypt. Do not worship any other gods besides me. Do not make idols of any kind, whether in the shape of birds or animals or fish. You must never worship or bow down to them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not share your affection with any other god!'
In this there is a clear conflict and contradictions in terms, in message, in the Scriptures. Which is right and which is wrong? Both the Old and the new testaments cannot be true. One is true and the other is false. Either we have one and only God or a partnership of association with God another god, namely Jesus Christ and the poor Gabriel. Gabriel was only asked to deliver the word of God into the womb of Mary.
Gabriel did his job and accomplished his divine mission, but was not left free to go back to serve God near His throne. Gabriel finds himself involved in a Trinitarian relationship with God and a human being.
He finds himself in partnership with God his creator and his own Lord. As did Jesus Christ finding himself being in a sonship relation with God his Lord and finds himself further as God himself and also in a trinity with Gabriel.
How far the abominable imagination of humans, i.e Christians can go, what blasphemous false and conjectural utterances they ascribe to God All Mighty?
A mere carpenter laborer, becomes all of the sudden son of God and then God Himself, only to be sentenced to death by His own creatures and crucified by them, suffering death for His miserable creatures!!!
Absolutely unbelievable and atrociously cheaply ascribed to the son of man.
The Jews were right to stone Christ should he proclaim to be the Lord and the son of the Lord at one and the same time. If Christ has uttered such a blasphemy against his Lord then he merits rightly and lawfully to be stoned by the Jews.
In the Qur'anic text we read further of this falsehood.
The Qur'an denies absolutely any such falsehood ascribed to Christ or to his Lord:
They certainly disbelieve who say: Verily! God is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah said: O Children of Israel, worship God, my Lord and your Lord. Verily! whoso ascribes partners unto God, for him God has forbidden paradise. And his abode will be the Fire. And for the evil-doers there will be no helpers.' Qur'an 5: 72
As for the doctrine of Trinity the Qur'an repeatedly admonishes:
They certainly disbelieve who say: Indeed! God is the third of three; when there is no god but save One God. If they do not desist from so saying a painful doom will fall on those of them who disbelieve.' Qur'an 5: 73
The Qur'an reveals the true nature and mission of Jesus Christ:
The Messiah, son of Mary, was no other than a messenger, messengers (the like of whom) had passed away before himSay: Do you worship in the place of God that which possess for you neither hurt nor use? God Who is the All Hearing, the All Knowing.' Qur'an 5: 75-76
We either accept the Torah and the Qur'an or the proclamations of Christians in the Gospel. There are in these Scriptures opposite clear distinctions. These contradictions are the pivoting point between the three monotheistic religions.
