Alternative Medicine Remedies - How to Use Aloe Vera for Hair Loss Issues?

Alternative medicine is becoming more and more popular among people especially when it comes to dealing with problems and issues that not even modern medicine has found exact solutions for.

This is why when it comes to dealing with hair loss problems people usually choose one of these two ways: the chemical approach or the natural approach. Since I'm not a very big fan of chemicals, we will discuss further only the natural approach and more specific how to use Aloe Vera for hair loss issues.

Aloe Vera has been used for centuries by Indians, Native Americans and even Chinese not only to prevent hair loss but also to deal with it in case it appeared. And hair loss isn't the only problem Aloe Vera can help with, his medical proprieties have been tested and proven for many other disorders like allergies, skin conditions or wounds.

How does Aloe Vera help me in stopping my hair loss?

- balances the pH of the scalp. The pH of the skin has to be neutral but sometimes due to the different hair products we use and their chemical compounds the pH becomes acid damaging the hair follicles

- cleanses the pores. Pores can be blocked by several things but the most common are either dandruff, dust hair grease, or a combination of all of them. If your hair is affected by any of these factors then the pores get blocked preventing the formation of new hair follicles

How can I use Aloe Vera for my hair loss problems?

- replace your regular shampoo with a home made one based on Aloe Vera gel. Here is the most used receipt that has proven to have great results: two parts of Aloe Vera gel mixed with two parts of coconut milk and just one part wheat germ oil. This mixture will bring lots of benefits to your scalp and hair and you will see fast long term results

- massage your scalp with a natural Aloe Vera tonic. After washing off the shampoo from your hair, apply an Aloe Vera based tonic on your scalp and gently massage it for about 10 minutes, then rinse. The tonic can be bought or it can be home made. For a home made tonic you will also need some olive oil, fresh lemon juice and jojoba oil.

These are only a few tips and if you would like to learn more on how to use Aloe Vera and other natural treatments for your hair loss problems then I strongly recommend you to read and follow the instructions from The Hair Loss Black Book.
