Cataracts. People with deficient Vitamin B1 supply are also prone to developing cataracts. To avoid this, one should ensure he has sufficient supply of Vitamin B1 as well as protein in their diet.
Vitamin B2 Deficiency
This vitamin, also known as riboflavin, is important for red blood cell formulation, production of antibodies, and growth. Deficiencies include mouth and tongue inflammation, dermatitis, hair loss, difficulty in sleeping or insomnia, poor digestion, slow mental response, just to name some.
