Being a frequent massage enthusiast, Frankel ventured to Arizona where the headquarters of Massage Envy are located. After having an incredible massage at such a reasonable price, he was convinced he needed to bring Massage Envy to the New Jersey community. "I couldn't believe the affordable price," he said. "You could get a great massage that is also affordable in today's world. I was used to paying $100 a massage in New Jersey, so I couldn't believe that I was getting a massage for only $49!"
Serving the Garwood and Verona communities has proven to be very fulfilling for Frankel. "Compared to other day spas, we feel like we have to know all of our customers," he said. "As an owner I get to talk to my customers. I like to talk to them and they literally tell me that they have always gone to fancy spas and now they come here and they get the best massages they have ever received."
By providing an affordable luxury spa service, Frankel has been able to reach his goal of helping stressed Americans relax and heal. "When they walk through the door, they are usually coming in because of stress or pain," he said. "We have people that come four times a month, so when they come out of their massage, we want to make sure that they are taken care of correctly."
Making it that much more convenient for the stressed to relax, the Massage Envy clinics in Garwood and Verona are open seven days a week. "We want it to be affordable, as well as convenient," explained Frankel. "And that's what I really believe is our goal at Massage Envy. I have had people come in from Verona that moved out to the West coast and they were able to use their membership there as well.
