If the temporary files contain a large amount of data, it will take longer to remove them. If you are not able to access these files, you can contact a system administrator. There are some files known as cookies that might be left behind in the temporary Internet files folder. In order to remove them, you have to follow the same procedure but in the end, you need to go the Cookies' section.
