The York C102 Cycle is a good exercise bike to help you lose weight and burn calories. I bought mine about seven months ago and at the time had a lot of weight I needed to lose.
I use it daily for half an hour in the morning and then again in the evening. The hand pulse sensors show me how fast I should go to lose my target weight. This also means I do not to push myself too hard or go too fast too soon.
Overall it it easy to use and reliable with an ok seat which is not the most comfortable, but then I've struggled to find an exercise bike that has had a comfortable seat over the years.
LCD Computer Display
The LCD computer display is large and very easy to read and the York C102 exercise bike is still sturdy and working fine after all the workouts I have done on it.
Magnetic Resistance
It comes with different magnetic tensions that are easy to change and have kept me interested and challenged. On some settings it really does feel like you are cycling up a hill! If you want to take it easy there is also is a holder at the front where you can put a book or magazine to read.
Quite Portable
The floorstands are not the most even but it is not a massive issue for me as it doesn't wobble that much when I use it. There are some wheels on the front so you can move it around easily. That's a definite plus, I wheel mine from the lounge to the kitchen if I want a change of scenery when doing my workout.
Perhaps the best thing about it is how quiet it is.
