Of course you might say: How come scrapbooking reduces weight when you don't exert too much effort on it? Well I can't blame you on that but when you do scrapbooking you burn some calories. Trust me. Aside from burning calories, scrapbooking also expresses your creative side. Through scrapbook supplies you can monitor what you eat for a specific day as well as your activities. You will be reminded that you don't have to eat this or that.
