Recently I spent the week of my life in a luxury 5 star beach house in Blueys Beach, NSW- and it didn't disappoint.
The experience was absolutely amazing and one I will never forget. My friends are I lived like the rich and famous and it was an experience that I will continue to day-dream about. No expense has been spared in the design, architecture and furnishing of this house.
Blueys Beach is the ideal beach location for such plush accommodation. Blueys Beach is only a 3 hour drive from Sydney, close to Pacific Palms and Boomerang Beach and just a 15 minute drive or around 24kms to Forster.
When I say this is house is luxury, I mean it is luxury. The house officially sleeps 8 but there is plenty of room to spare.
The master bedroom especially is affluent. King size bed, private en suite, walk-in robe, 22 inch flat screen TV; what else could you need? If you need WiFi access, heated towel rails and home theatre then the house had it all covered, and more. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were all spacious and luxurious.
Not only is the house itself unbelievable, the views are breath-taking. I will never forget sipping cocktails and realxing on the balcony while watching the sun set over the blue water and white sand.
But if sitting back and wnjoying the serenity isn't your thing, there were many other activities to pass the time. There is great surf, snorkelling, diving and boating. For those who don't surf but would like to learn, there is a surf school to guide you and teach you the tricks of the trade.
There are also numerous bush walks that are spectacular in the surrounding rainforests and national parks.
So why stay in a small, cramped hotel or motel when you can holiday in style. We were pretty much in seclusion and there wasn't house cleaning knocking at our door or anyone else for that matter disturbing us.
Needless to say, I had one of the most enjoyable and relaxing weeks of my life and I would recommend it to anyone.
