Some confirmed donkeys on two legs and new bipeds left by Darwin in the world today target Arab countries with their stupid advice. They must beforehand evolve into human beings.
It is a debatable issue in one direction only. Arabism is not an ideology. It is an emotional whipping ofterms for those who speak the Arabic language. Arabism and pan-Arabism are but reference terminology to speakers of Arabic. The Arab langage, and hence all its linguistic connotations and denotations, is void of any ideology or any world perspective, lest alone laws and rules that decide the relationships between humans. Nothing but linguistic dimensions can we infer from Arabism.
A society and a state have to have rules and laws in order to crystallize an identity. State- making must have code systems of morality and law giving codes in order to build a society and a state. We cannot simply build a society on language, patriotism and nationalism nor on new age empty philosophy. There must be concrete laws and rules to govern the lives of people.
Defining a society or a state in terms of its language leaves the place abysmally empty for the need of such codifications of rules and regulations for the society itself. If there is no basic conditions and rules for a social contract then there is no state and the society withers away like sand in the wind.
Arab countries do not have such contractual conditions, they are simply bereft of such laws and rules and codes that define their political, social and economic relationships. From Arabism it is impossible to derive such codes and laws to build constitutions necessary for the running of a state.
Arab countries depend on foreign constitutions, whether socialist or capitalist in nature and form. For they have none to construct a socio-economic and political structure of a society. Citizenship is nonexistent for this reason. Patriotism does not provide of any codes of morality and law structures to evolve a society.
Furthermore, Arabs wake up from long centuries of colonialism and the aegis of such a nightmare leads them to have a disequilibrated personality void of meaning and bereft of any self-confidence. In fact, the self confidence of European personality is non existent in the Arab world. 150 millions of lost Arabs, unconfident personality, do not know on which foot to dance.
