Inside Taj Mahal- The Mughal Emperor created the shrine so that large number of people can visit the monument and see the proof of the real love, thus interior needed to be as impressive as the exterior. The interior is well carved and marbles decorated with beautiful patterns of inlaid precious stones are considered a masterpiece of Mughal architecture.

Mosque- As per the laws of Muslims it is necessary for each mausoleum to have a prayer place near it. Therefore, a mosque of red sandstone is built on the western end of the Taj Mahal, surmounted by three domes and flooring is done with velvet red, sparkling, and exceedingly fine material.

Taj Mahal Gateway- A huge red Sandstone gate is the gateway to the monument, with spectacular dome and tomb rooms. It looks like more of a building than a gate. It is decorated with floral design of precious stones and the white marble having Arabic Calligraphy from the Holy Quran.

Other Attractions- Apart from Taj Mahal in Agra you can also enjoy the sightseeing of other historical monuments namely, Agra Fort, Akbar's Tomb, Fatehpur Sikri, Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb etc.

How to Reach- Getting to the smashing monument is not of concern as it is situated in north India, you can reach there by Rail, Air, or even by Road.
