Self-confidence & Belief- This trait is by far, the most important on the leadership skill listWithout true belief in yourself, it is hard to excell to the fullest potential.If you don't have a high belief in your-self begin to look at your life and world in a more layed back and possible way.
Understanding & Empathy- Take a look at how these leadership skills tie together. Having patience will allow for better understanding and empathy towards a team mates thoughts, feelings, situation, etc... It is not until you can really undertsand a person inside out; that you then then help them out as a leader in their business.There is never just 1 "cut and paste" solution to fix peoples problems.
Strong Possible Attitude- This trait alone, is by far the most important on the list of leadership qualities. If you don't yet believe in yourself, begin to change the way you feel through the use of positive affirmations and incantations every day.If you don't have a high belief in your-self begin to look at your life and world in a more layed back and possible way.
Integrity- It would be almost impossible to tell something that "one" trait is the most important because they all are equil. It is one thing to lead people succesfully but it is another thing to actually "gain their trust" You must do things for the over-all good of the team and not just think about yourself or the here-and-now. Sure you can make a quick buck in network marketing or any form of sales if you don't care about others, but it will never last.
Patience- Take a look at how these 2 leadershp skills connect with each other. Having more understand with allow for better patience... It is only when you truly understand that person, that you can truly help them. Reason being there is no 1 solution that is the fix-all. We cannot use the "Duct-Tape method" when it comes to fixing people's problems.
