Balloon creations are a great addition to any party. More often than not, beautiful balloon creations for your party can be a great way to decorate for your party. For the most part, not everyone is skilled in this particular use of party supplies, so here are a few tips for having a balloon twisting party and also for making a balloon puppy! Please note: blowing up long party balloons for twisting can be very difficult. You may want to use a hand pump or bicycle pump to fill them with air first! 1. Put air in the long balloon and fill it about half the way. Tie it off. 2. Mark a space about 3 fingers long from the tip of your balloon and twist two or three times. Your balloon should now have a couple of bubbles in it. 3. Mark another 3 finger's length down from the first twist in the balloon. When you get to the end of 3 finger's twist it again and then you will be adding another bubble. At this point, your balloon will have three bubbles. 4. Mark another 3 finger's length down from the second twist in the balloon. Now, when looking at your balloon you should seefour bubbles. 5. Bring the first twist and the third twist in the balloon together. At this time, twist the two bubble areas together. You should get a balloon with two bubbles upright and pressed side by side and two bubbles sitting at right angles to the upright bubbles, one long and one short. 6. Mark a length of four fingers on the longest bubble in the balloon and twist at the end. The longest bubble should now be two bubbles. 7. Mark another 3 finger's length down from this twist in the balloon. Now, you will need to twist your balloon once you have this space. 8. Mark another 3 finger's length down from the above twist and twist the balloon again. 9. Bring the first twist and the third twist in the balloon together. Twist these two twists in the balloon together. You should get a balloon with two bubbles facing downward and pressed side by side. These are the front legs of your balloon dog. 10. Move down a length of the balloon and repeat steps 6 through 9. This step was the step that finished the back legs of your dog. Now, your balloon dog is complete! More often than not, people need to practice the steps time and time again prior to making their first complete balloon dog. It's important to ensure that you have enough air in your long balloon to make the puppy without overfilling it. At this point, it is time to begin making balloon dogs and puppies for your event.
