Luckily, there is a simple way to assure that your will achieve success when trying to build that ripped six pack. Keep in mind that you cannot spot reduce fat on your body the way that weight loss advertisements often spin it. This is completely misleading and rather confusing to a person who's just getting started. To reduce body fat, you'll need to do cardio workouts a few times per week. Jogging is probably the easiest and most accessable to most people, and is quite effective.

Before you start any kind of cardio program, check with your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to do so. It is always good to start with simple power walking and gradually work your way up to jogging if you are a beginner. Once you get into your routine of jogging on a regular basis, you will be burning fat every day. Start doing your normal ab exercises and as long as your body fat is reducing from your cardio workout, your new muscles will start to show in no time!
