The business of Network Marketing did not and still does not come easy for me. I have been around Network Marketing since the age of nine, so over twenty-one years. My fathers first endeavour was with a single product based company, unlike the companies now a days that have hundreds of products, doctors behind each and every product, sales tools in a least three different languages it was the strength of one product and I believe a chance to work with his Dad that opened up Network Marketing to us.
The business may have seemed simpler back then, but the truth is you still only have two types of Network Marketers. Those that understand and have given themselves fully to the idea and the freedom that comes with being an Independent Network Marketer. These peoples belief in the idea of Network Marketing is stronger then in company or product.
You will find that these people are more likely to succeed in Network Marketing, last longer, but also jump ship. They believe that you are in business with them, not with the company.
Then you have the product or company Independent Associates. These people truly believe in the company or product and wish to be apart of it.
You will find that these people are more likely to stop building and become product uses or hobbyist when the momentum slows.
The goal of every Network Marketing company is to help these Independent Associates to build, like the Independent Network Marketers.
I am an Independent Associate. I must believe in the company, its mission and the people behind it. My dad and I have had better then average success in Network Marketing. We have full trust in the company, its mission and products. We have not been able to utilize our skills into an income of more then $12,000 in a single year or our top monthly check of just over $1,200 in the over twenty years of working the business.
As I said better then average, but we are still only selling products, not selling the idea of Network Marketing, we have not opened ourselves fully to the idea. Even with the success, we still feel like failures in the Network Marketing business.
We have seen what happens when you give yourself fully to Network Marketing, the type of true success you can have. On my bulletin board, above my desk I have a cut out that reads "AND MOST IMPORTENLY NEVER GIVE UP!" That is my goal, and my drive to succeed. To never give up on the idea that a company and product believe can turn his monthly income into $12,000 per month, like the Network Marketing believers.
