Nissan dealers in NJ celebrate a great 2010

Nissan dealers in NJ, and beyond, have reason to celebrate the ending of a superb year for the Nissan car brand. 2010 saw the introduction of many new Nissan models, including the electric LEAF, a new advertisement campaign featuring and a new spokesperson, Robert Downey Jr., and much, much more. Some Nissan models receiving awards and accolades in North and South America are the Nissan Cube, Nissan Frontier and Nissan Maxima. The Cube won the IQS Award for Compact MPV from J.D. Power and Associates. The Cube was also the recipient of the Highest Rank Compact MPV, APEAL Study, again by J.D. Power and Associates. Finally, Automobile Magazine named the Nissan Cube the Design of the Year.

The Nissan Maxima won J.D. Power and Associates' IQS Award for Large Cars. The vehicle also finished as the #2 Large Car in the APEAL Study by J.D. Power and Associates. The Nissan Frontier was also honored twice by J.D. Power and Associates; the pickup truck earned the IQS Award for Midsize Pickup and ranked as the #3 Midsize Pickup in the APEAL Study. Many more Nissan vehicles were also award recipients in 2010.

The LEAF engine is the first 100% electric and zero-emissions engine to earn the honor.
