A little away from Brixham lies much larger and sandier beaches in the town of Torquay. These beaches have good cafes and restaurants that serve yummy fare and good drinks too. Water sports also have a prominent place at these beaches. Some of the water sports that people indulge in include boating and fishing. Be sure to visit beaches like Meadfood Beach, Torre Abbey Sands and Watcomb Beach.
