Finally, many simply suffer due to not having a coherent or well thought out business plan. Many think simply having a business is enough to generate revenue, but in reality the budget and business plan need to be meticulously thought out as leaving things to luck will never bear the right fruit. So try not to make rash cuts if profits are falling until you have addressed the above issues and see if you can make changes to save you money that don't affect your ability to produce good quality goods or services.
