If you are lucky and have something to eat and something to drink, a place to sleep, but this is not the case of everyone.
In the mighty USA you have % 17 of the noble American population living under the level of poverty. In Africa adverse poverty and utter need leaves millions of people without food and shelter. Every day hundreds of children and elderly die in the dark continent out of need and poverty.
In Asia some people do not know what meat tastes like, and worse still most Asians, in India, Bangladesh and China, are suffering from poverty and need.
Most humans suffer from such deprivation while few multi-billionaires bastards misers, about twenty five in number, monopolize world's riches and wealth resources.
If you cannot help these miserable beings, being your fellow-men, too big for your hands then why give some dimes to the poor and needy in your street and your area! It is not without cause that you can contribute to your local poor people. I am not talking about the youth, drug consumers, who are full of strength and can work to feed themselves, but I am talking about the handicapped, the elderly, those who are unable to work, the sick people.
States, being first misers, are unable to give help and support for the needy and the poor. They are either busy in promoting their prestige and dominance over their people or others, or on the other hand thy simply do not want to help.
Any state, no matter how poor it is, can be a welfare state. But governments and rulers are busy nourishing themselves and feeding like parasites on their fellow-humans, their peoples.
Any state can help the poor and can build a basic and simple program to help its poor citizens. After all the constitution of every state specifies this right to everyone. All elected or forced leaders, once they accede to power and position, they forget about their poor and needy and there are millions of them in every society and every country in the world, USA, Britain and France very much included.
Socialism did not resolve the problem of poverty and capitalism as a cancerous parasite sucks out the blood of its people.
It remains for us, men in the street, laymen and hard working wretched untouchables, to help with few dimes only, an old woman in need or a child left by his monstrous parents in the street.
Don't be a miser! Give to the poor and God will provide for you!
