How to set up the flashcart :
1. Format the MicroSD with the Panasonic formatter (find it on filetrip.net)
2. Visit the URL on the packaging , download and unzip the last firmware onto your microSD.
3. Insert the MicroSD card in you flashcart.
4. Insert the flashcart in your 3DS.
5. Done. Enjoy.
As for the NDS rom , just google it , it's pretty easy to find I believe.
