A few of the things that I advise couples to do when they want to conceive a girl baby are things that might happen naturally or by accident. In other words, sometimes, you might luck out and do the things that make it more likely to have a girl baby without really trying. Examples are having intercourse well before ovulation and using shallow penetration when you have sex. Both of these things will help you get pregnant with a female baby, and you might already be doing these things without making any real additional effort.
However, there is one variable that many couples will have to make a very conscious effort to complete. This is raising the mother-to-be's vaginal acidity. This is something that doesn't always happen on it's own and sometimes needs a little help and attention. I will discuss why this is so in the following article.
Why Couples Who Want To Go Pregnant With Girl Babies Might Want To Raise The Mother-To-Be's Vaginal Acidity: Sometimes, when I begin discussing this, people think I'm advising it because it aids in conception. This really isn't the case. I only advise it for couples wanting a girl. This would be bad advice for couples who wanted a son. Here's why.
When you have intercourse with your partner, his sperm producing chromosomes are going to race for your egg. The goal is for one of them to fertilize it. Some of these (the Y's) will be those that will end up producing a boy baby. And, some of them (the X's) will be those that might ultimately become little girl babies. If you are hoping for a daughter, then you want for their to be many more healthy and viable X's available to the egg. To take it even further, you want as few Y's left in that race as you can manage. And, of those that are still available, you'd ultimately like for them to be compromised or weakened in some way so that the girl producing chromosomes can beat them out and fertilize your egg so that you will be successful in getting pregnant with a girl.
One way to set up this scenario is to also set it up so that the woman's vaginal tract becomes more acidic. The reason for this is that this condition is hostile or unfavorable to those very Y's that you are trying to discourage. Think about it this way. All of these sperm are racing for your egg, but, along the way, they will have to navigate their way through your vaginal tract. If they are met with an acidic surrounding, this is better for the X's because they can handle the acid. Since the Y's (or the sperm that produces boys) are compromised when the surroundings are too acidic, couples who want a son would be best served to make sure that they create an alkaline environment (and actually lower their acidity.)
As I said, this isn't always something that you will accomplish by accident or without knowing it. Some couples have to be very deliberate with this. You can start by using PH testers to see the level where you are starting. There are some lucky couples that start out to being acidic enough. But, others will have to make some changes to their diet or incorporate a douching regimen (or both) to see the results that they need.
