5. Sleep well. As much as possible, you should get enough sleep and rest. Your metabolism tends to slow down if you lack sleep, as well as get hungry and so stressed. Sleep allows your body to get fully relaxed. You are also giving yourself time to heal itself. In case you don't know, you are renewed every time you wake up in the morning.
