The times of these appointments are displayed below and dispatched on premise ten days just prior to every commencement date as a welcoming reminder if you're visiting or intend to visit throughout these highly recommended and valued get-togethers.

Quarterly Annual Assessment Billings
On October 14th, 2010 a basic NJCIOA Board meeting occured. During this session one of the threads for discussion was supporting the Jockey Club owners during these problematic economic times by switching the yearly Routine maintenance Fee billing to Quarterly installments. The vote was unanimous in favor of quarterly fees. You may continue to pay the entire fee if you so prefer or expend quarterly. The first quarterly expenditure will be due on January 1st, 2011, the second - April 1st, 2011, the third - July 1st, 2011 and the fourth and final for the year, October 1st, 2011. We surely acknowledge the . of the Jockey Club owners and are assured that this will possibly be of assistance in causing the annual upkeep liabilities more acceptable for your, "Home Away from Home."

Please take a few moments of your time while searching the internet to check our all new web-site at jockeyclubvegas.com. There are magnificent visuals of the newly remodeled suites, fun historical specifics, the "Blog" and please feel free to join us on Twitter and Facebook. Our unique favorite is the WEBCAM. Two live cameras have already been installed on the Ascot Tower roof top so you can enjoy the Bellagio Fountains real time while staying at Jockey Club, your "Home Away from Home", you will be able to monitor these same camera views from your in suite television sets on channel 46 & 48. Remarkable Idea!
Self Parking
Self Parking is now attainable for all Jockey Club owners and guests. When cruising to your Home Away from Home, we highly recommend that you please pull your suv to the main entry to leaveyour bag and or household goods with the Bell crew for your convenience. Then you may go forward to the 3 B parking level, this is the ONLY level that has admittance to the Jockey Club elevators in the vehicle parking structure. Level 3 B parking location within Cosmo's 5 story underground parking structure is the specified space for all Jockey Club vehicles. Once Jockey Club owners park on the level 3B, you will enjoy taking one of the two Jockey Club allocated and named elevators to the 1st floor or 2nd floor (installed on the north wall of the structure). You may then take the elevator up to the ground floor of the Jockey Club, move to the main lobby to the Resort Desk for check-in and to see all of your Jockey Club family and friends as we are here waiting for you. Please note: There are some small engineering projects that will need to take place coming from the parking structure elevators leading to the main foyer of the Jockey Club which will be completed in the near future.
