What is difference between iphone 3g 3gs case cover and the brand new vinyl skin cover. I would like to point the most obvious thing is that the vinyl skin is not a case.
Which makes this a very risky investment for protecting your phone. On the plus side they are amazing for making your phone look very unique and when they come with downloadable screen saver they look fantastic blending in with other art work.
The skins i have used have been very easy to place on my iphone 3gs and have found them to be easy to peel off the phone also and use again leaving no residue or stickiness on the phone.
I would say there very similar to the material that is used for screen protectors but much higher quality as they do protect your phone from scratches and marks.
My preference isiphone 3g 3gs vinyl skin cover simply because its very thin and you can still dock your phone whilst charging and listining to your favourite music.
But if your looking for overall protection for your phone you just cant beat the iphone case. It does depend how durable the case is as to how it will look after your prize asset.
I tend to find the dual case is the best as it not only protects the back of the phone but also sticks out slightly at the front which would in most cases stop your screen from getting smashed.
The only downside is docking the phone which you would have to remove the case for but they do look very stylish and durable.
