Top 3 UK Corporate Hospitality Events of 2011

If you have a budget for corporate hospitality, you probably need to consider what type of event you might like to take your guests to. What type of event suits your client profile best and what is most likely to make them feel special. Here are three great corporate hospitality categories in the UK for you to consider.

Tennis The Queen's tennis tournament in early June begins to warm up the tennis fans and the big event of the tennis year is the Wimbledon Championships which begins at the end of June and is played at The All England Lawn Tennis Club in London. The majority of tickets for Wimbledon are allocated via a public ballot, the alternative to the public ballot is to queue and buy tickets on the day, or via online tickets sales the day before play. Part if the Wimbledon spirit really seems to be the dedication of the fans to "The Queue". This year we shall again be routing for Andy Murray with our strawberries and cream to keep us going.

Motor Racing Both MotoGP and the Formula 1 come to the UK so whether car racing is your thing or if you prefer the shorter timescale and furious overtaking of the motorbike race, Silverstone is the place you should be booking your tickets for. Both events will have British racers, with Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button for the Formula 1 and Cal Crutchlow for the MotoGP. The British MotoGP is in early June and the Formula 1 is in early July.

Horse Racing There are several traditional horse racing events in the UK. The most famous of these are the Grand National in April, Royal Ascot in June and Cheltenham festival in March. These are great events in the social calendar incorporating a chance to dress up and drink a glass of champagne with the excitement of the horse race.
