Atlanta Hawks have been on an improved winning track

Just few hours are left and NBA trading deadline will come to its end; the Atlanta Hawks is one of those teams currently passing through their rebuilding stage and basketball fans and critics are keeping a close eye on their trading moves. Hawks have been on an improved winning track but they still have to go a little far to increase their winning percentage. According to sources Hawks are interested in trading any of their players excluding Al Horford and Joe Johnson. Hawks decision not to trade these two players makes sense as Joe and AL along with Women basketball player Coco Miller won the Shooting Stars Competition held during the 2011 All Star Weekend in Los Angeles.

If sources are to be believed, Hawks has expressed their interest in Cleveland Cavaliers' Ramon Sessions and Washington Wizards Kirk Hinrich as their future potential point guards.. Hawker's has to make their defense better and 32 year old Bibby remains a poor defensive for quite some time and most people doubt it's his age that is creating problems for his team. Bibby might get swapped to Wizards for Kirk.Cheap Atlanta Hawks Tickets

The Hawks major deal could not work with Cleveland where they want to get Ramon Sessions and Manny Harris for their guard Jeff Teague and swingman Maurice Evans. The possible reason could be the Cleveland's high price tag as Sessions is currently one of the Cleveland best players. The Hawks also lost Devin Harris and this morning he was traded to Utah Jazz. According to recent news Hawks can make a major trade by moving out either NBA Sixth Man Award winner Jamal Crawford or Josh Smith, however nothing has been confirmed yet. Crawford might go to the Wizards in exchange for Hinrich.

There are clouds of uncertainty on who will get whom and at what salary, however picture will clear in next couple of days. The Atlanta Hawks must look for the right trade that gives them players to improve and increase their defensive side; currently they rank at 15 in offensive efficiency at 1.05 points per possession but these figures must be improved to put them on the consistent winning track.
