Well the first things first my name is Anton and i have tried losing weight many times before this. As some of you may know it is not as easy as the adverts make it out to be. Most people will tell you just to go to the gym and you will be sorted which is partly true but i have discovered the key to losing weight and keeping it off.
I guess you all are wondering what the big secret is and im afraid to tell you it is very simple. The secret to successful weight loss is DIET. I will teach you how to lose weight and burn fat at the same time.
I you change to a more balanced diet you will find the Lbs drop off much more quickly and stay off aswell. I started eating more fruits and vegetables and eating less meat, pasta, dairy and bread and within a few weeks i started to notice the difference. I have been dieting and exercising for the last 4 months and i have lost 3 stones and all of the fat that came along with it.
A few tips of what to eat;
1. I make a fruit juice in the morning consisting of oranges, apples, bananas and any other fruit i have at the time. (They contain vitamins and will help to burn fat when you are exercising)
2. I drink some Acai Berry Juice before my first meal which will calm my hunger for the day.
3. I eat a small meal after i have done my exercise maybe a salad or even a smoothie.
4. Then for my main meal i will have a little bit of meat with veg and salad.
I go to the gym 3 times a week if possible but also do workouts at home when i can.
