The sub-title for James Malinchak's Millionaire Secrets Revealed (due to be launched late next month) is Mastering the 4 M's for Achieving a Better, Richer Business & Life but what exactly are the 4 M's? In this article, I'll be taking a brief look at each of the 4 M's in turn to give you an idea of the principles that are important to millionaires.
The first M (and perhaps the most important) is Mindset. The Millionaire Mindset covers the way a millionaire thinks and how it differs from that of non-millionaires. For example, the millionaire is not concerned with the day-to-day running of his or her business - he or she has staff and contractors to do that for him/her. The millionaire's prime concern is directing the company, moving it forward and ensuring it works towards its overall vision. It is this mindset that holds the secrets for wealth attraction acceleration.
The second M is Marketing. Without good marketing, any business (no matter how great) is doomed for failure. The millionaire is not only concerned with the marketing of their business, but also the marketing of themselves. As an ambassador for their company, they know that if they can market themselves well, they are also showing their business in the best possible light. To become a millionaire, you must learn the secrets to marketing yourself and your business.
The third M is Making Connections or, to coin a phrase that's become popular in the last decade or so, networking. The millionaire knows that nothing can be achieved alone and partnering with others increases the chances of success exponentially. With keen social and team-working skills, the millionaire knows the secrets of "getting-in" with anyone, anytime, any place and getting them onboard.
Finally, the fourth M is Making a Difference. Millionaire's know that the wealth they hold comes with great responsibility and that this should be used for good. That's why you see many millionaires taking part in charitable events and community projects. Even the super-rich such as Bill Gates and warren Buffet have made vows to give most of their wealth to good causes. The millionaire knows the secrets for making a positive difference to the lives of others.
So, there you have it. In this short article, I've briefly described the the four M's that seperate millionaires from non-millionaires.
