Five Steps to a Successful Kitchen Remodel

"Five steps to a successful kitchen remodel or installation"

The first step would be to make a plan.

Plan your project and pay attention to detail from the start. The results will show in the endif you do not pay attetion to detail.

The best place to start your plan is in the design.

Second step is pay attention to your order.

Make sure you allow a couple hours to go over your order before it is placed. If you see a cabinet or a feature on display at the store make sure it is included in your order before you sign off. Don't assume what you see is what you get make sure it is on you order.

Third is to set a realistic schedule to complete your instalation.

There could be a couple weeks involved in getting your counter tops instaled after the cabinets are in place. There might be some extra time needed if some of the order is back ordered. If your a DIYer plan on added time to demo and instal. Don't rush!!

Fourth is the budget.

Stick to the budget you will be able to stretch and tweek the budget but don't go over board with a $3000 faucet if you did not plan for it.

Fifth is getting help.

Get some resources in the beginning to help you plan. And if you do the installation you know what your limitations are. And do not forget your permits.

Building codes and permits are ther for a reason.
