How to Prevent Hair Loss and Stop Hereditary Baldness

Many men of a certain age are looking at how to prevent hair loss. I have been there and I made so many mistakes before I came across something that changed the game and by the end of this article I'll share with you how to prevent hair loss.

My journey started at the age of 24, much earlier then most people, and I thought that because I had so much time I would definitely be bald at some point. Each year that went past would receive comments from people about how my hair was thinning more every time they saw me. I don't need to tell you how boring this gets. So I decided that I would look into taking action and see if I could find out how to prevent hair loss.

I started on the internet and there were hundreds of sites out there with all offering the secrets on how to prevent hair loss and have a full head of hair again. Some of them were very persuasive and I even bought a few (much to my shame) but as is often the case, they did nothing or were a synthetic way of making my hair seem thicker. I was about to give up. I had had enough of be sucked in to stupid products that made me look like an idiot. Then I decided to play a smarter game. When I made my new plan I kicked myself for not coming up with it earlier. It was so obvious and resulted in me actually finding out how to prevent hair loss.

When it comes to science, research is key (I said it was obvious). If a company releases a product that they truly believe will work then they will clinically test it. They want proven results to their products that they can tell everyone. "97% of people using this product found success" who would not want that. This is why, when looking at how to prevent hair loss you should only use products that are clinically proven.

Once I had decided that I would only go clinically proven I found that many of the products I was looking at could be discounted. There were actually very few left and I managed to keep my hair so that I don't get those annoying comments for other people. Instead they have caught up with me in the balding stakes and I know I shouldn't, but I can't help dropping in a casual comment about it.
