Hello everyone I'm Tony, trying to bring you more weight loss, good looking abdominals, and diet solutions programs. The different from my point is, I m not talking having your stomach tuck, going with eating, are living off juice along type of gimmick. No my understanding of becoming fit and staying is plain simple.
Try applying healthily eating habits including drinking plenty of water, fruits and vegetables, exercising 60 minutes per day including stretching three times a week (yoga classes is recommend), relieve stress by resting more. Work this method in to your lifestyle one to two weeks at a time and the results will come. This is not something I'm telling you to endure in order to look great for the summer, are to wear some out fit you have not wore in years, or some clothing your monitor in your favorite dress or suit store. My information is about changing your lifestyle as your motivation in order to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. As we gracefully grow older we can at times for most of us began to add on weight that just will not and can not be control. Unless, some physical defect that is causing a weight problem. You can regain the body weight you desire by just following a healthy lifestyle.
I'm not going to write and say I have been in great physical shape for all my 52 years by following my own guideline of a healthy lifestyle. What I'm going to say is by not always following a healthy lifestyle is what cause me to gain unwanted body weight or should I say fat as I became older.
Let's talk about an unhealthy lifestyle, for some of us it begins without even realizing what is happening. It began by sudden being involvement in a stressful environment, that in turn can cause one not to exercise as much or not at all. Working long hours, and not getting enough rest in order to exercise. Eating a lot of process food because of a so call busy lifestyle. I can honestly say living an unhealthy lifestyle is the main reason for my gaining 40-45 lbs of unwanted weight. This period of not living healthy happen to me for about a 6 years, until I reality notice things was not going the way for me that they should be for as my weight.
Once I alter some of the negative aspect of my life that was affecting my health in a very negative way, I would have to say that things have to change and change over a period of time for a long time. I telling you all that happen was the mere fact of making a change to be healthy and stay that way, is the first step.
Just make small changes one day at a time, and you will regain the healthy lifestyle you desire.
