What can Cause A Bloating and Gassy Belly?

Well, I am not a doctor, but I have done my fair share of research and trial and error on bloating relief. Most of this was done from my home computer since I was too irritated to go anywhere looking like I just had delivered a baby, when in reality my baby was 4 and a half (sigh). From my research I learned that there are several foods that cause bloating. Many of these are veggies which contain cellulose which can cause a bloating and gassy stomach. The big culprits are broccoli, onions, asparagus, and beans. Believe it or not apples, bananas, pears, and other fruits can also cause a bloating and gassy belly. This stinks (literally) for the health nut. However, when I tried cutting out these foods, I experienced no bloating relief. I then learned all about lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, wheat allergies, and you name it. So there I was, still bloating and gassy with a head full of knowledge, but no bloating relief. Ugh!

I then came across an article which explained how to get rid of bloat for good by eliminatingfollowing a simple plan. I really wish Ihad read this article a long time ago. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to figure out why I could not get rid of my bloating and gassy stomach. I hope this help you on your quest to finding out what is causing your stomach problems. I know it is difficult to deal with, so I urge you to give the plan a look.
